Ordered one from one place (small shop), they delayed and delayed until I finally cancelled the order. The same thing happened at another small shop with a similar price (I'm not sure what their game is with that, by the way, other than hoping they can buy them cheaper and satisfy open orders...) Finally gave up and bought it from B&H.
