Optik 210 with side mount

When mounting a side mount box for a cx150 do you want it to be level or slightly pointed up?

i have a optik 210 helmet. Will have a .3 opekta fisheye lens on the cx150 (if that matters)

I will be doing mostly tandems with this setup
