Shaky footage from a Contour side mounted on a cookie G3

Recommended Posts

I have a Cookie G3 helmet with a Contour (attached on the right side of my visor by a flat mount from cookie composites) and when I'm belly flying I get the most perfect images. The problem is when I'm free flying, to be accurate, when I'm sit flying. The footage gets really shaky. I tried to fixate the lateral plate a little better, and even used some silicon in order to, unsuccessfully, reduce it's movement.
Have anyone experienced it as well? If so, does anyone came up with a solution? I really like my helmet and my camera, but if I don't solve this situation, I'll have to move back to an open helmet and a GoPro...

Hoping to get a solution!!! Blue ones!!!
