FrancoR 0 #1 December 28, 2013 Hello, i just upgraded to a Canon 700D from the 350D, now the new camera has a folding display. Does it stay shut in freefall or does it need extra fixation like a strap or something? What do you guys use?If it does not cost anything you are the product. RMK 3 #4 December 28, 2013 My 700D closes quite tight; couldn't imagine it opening from any normal skydiving. Tolerances on different batches may vary, but I don't believe mine would open even with a strong kick."Pain is the best instructor, but no one wants to attend his classes"
faulknerwn 38 #5 December 29, 2013 My T4i display has never moved in free fall. Its quite snug.
gearless_chris 1 #6 December 31, 2013 Mine too. To me it seems that the battery lasts quite a bit longer since the LCD screen stays off most of the time."If it wasn't easy stupid people couldn't do it", Duane. My momma said I could be anything I wanted when I grew up, so I became an a$$hole.
