Sony Vegas/Tandem Vids help

I'm having a hell of a time trying to get this Tandem Vids software set up. Anybody on here done this before and have time to talk me through it over the phone? I'd be happy to pay someone for the help.

I'm a computer 'idiot' but I managed to set it up following the tutorials, but it wasn't the easiest process.
Drop Mick (the guy who developed the software) a line - he is a great resource and will get back to you as soon as he can.
If you want a copy of my template for a reference point I can get it to you through dropbox.

the online tutorial is really great. I was having hell and finally got a copy of that and it worked. It's been a while since I built my template but will help you anyway I can.

And as I think about it I had my laptop with me for the tutorial side of things and had my work computer dedicated to Tandem Vids setup - made it a lot easier without having to chop and change.
