New BSR?

This just posted by a RD... Tandems... With the advent of “Tandem Handcam” there has been a focus more on getting the camera shot then following the manufactures rules of executing the proper handles check for that specific system after deployment of their drogue. The S&TA committee proposed to add a
BSR to make it mandatory for all tandem instructors make correct system handles check required by manufacture.
THIS PASSED AND NOW IT IS A BSR EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

This will have an immediate affect on us videots?
