turkeyphant 1 #1 April 23, 2015 Anyone used Sugru (https://sugru.com/tips) on their camera helmets? Seems that it would not only be good for bonding materials (although I'm unsure of stregth udner opening shock) but even more useful to smooth out potential snag points. Experiences? photognat 0 #2 April 23, 2015 Works great. Get Instamorph instead of Sugru, though. The plastic is better for this and it's way cheaper.
degeneration 5 #3 April 23, 2015 Or Polymorph thermoplasic, which is probably the same thing as the Instamorph. I've used the polymorph stuff, and it sets completely solid. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/170701280532?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AITSky Switches - Affordable stills camera tongue switches and conversion adaptors, supporting various brands of camera (Canon, Sony, Nikon, Panasonic).
