upload and download videos

hi guys,I found some ways can upload and download videos to Facebook, UTube...share with U
follow this guide to upload video:
1.In the compose message box, click Attach media Attach_file_or_image.png.
2.Click choose files to upload, select the video file and then click Open, or drag-and-drop a video file from your desktop.
3.Facebook: Under Video Details, click Add a title to enter a title for the video, or select a video category from the drop-down menu.
Categories tag the video to increase discoverability. They are not displayed publicly.
4.Facebook Pages: Click the left or right arrows under the thumbnail image to select a thumbnail preview, or click Replace image to upload your own thumbnail.

follow this guide to download video from Utube:
Step 1: Click “Download Video” on the top of interface.
Step 2: Copy and paste a YouTube video’s link to the “Add URL” part in the Download Video section.
Step 3: Click “Analyze”. When the analysis is done, choose one wanted format and resolution from the drop-down list.
Step 4: Select a save folder for the video you will download and then press the “Download” button.
