ltdiver 3 #1 March 13, 2002 In RW, the vidiot takes the center at break off, but what about VRW? Reading the article in Skydiving Mag on freeflying, (page 9) made me wonder. Quote"The camera flyer always has the job of giving the jumpers in the formation the right of way. Although, the other jumpers should also keep an eye out to avoid the camera flyer."Besides this, seems that freeflyers ALL have cameras on their noggins! NOW who gets the right of way? ;^)ltdivera RW vidiot__________________________________________http://www.discover.net/~ltdiver
PhreeZone 20 #2 March 13, 2002 I do... What I've always been told and practice is on a vertical dive there is no such thing as center so camera or no camera is a mute point unless you are planning on getting the break off and deployment on video too. In that case thats clearly different then a normal jumps and would be covered in the dirt dive. (And yes Freefliers DO dirt dive....)Cause I don't wanna come back down from this cloud... ~ Bush

jdhill 0 #4 March 14, 2002 Everybody should clear their airspace and track... then clear it again before dumping... if someone is filming your deployment from underneath don't suck them into the basement. You should make sure everyone knows the plan before getting on the plane.PeaceJosh
