did you use a similar device for the bottom as i did? did it help you guys any in the design? be curious to see how you built your base and handel.



I used a flexible PVC pipe for my base. Inside the PVC there is a small amount of BB's in there for a little added weight. As for the hardware, STAINLESS BABY!!! The handle was made out of an old ski rope handle. It is quite nice and soft, good grip.
