Is it simply pin protection or riser coverage? I've jumped the Jav (only to some extent while performing high speed jumps) and had no adverse effects or negative opinions. Granted, I've been out of the blue for far too long, but I don't imagine too much has changed. I would have to agree, though, too, that Infinity is a nice name to carry on your back.
