Hummusx 0 #1 April 26, 2004 Given these ingredients: 3 days 40-60 mins coached tunnel time 2-5 coach jumps 5-10 solo jumps Anyone have any thoughts on a good formula for starting out? Burn all the tunnel time and coach jumps, then do some solos to practice? Do have the tunnel time, a bunch of solos, and then back in the tunnel?
