skyhighkiy 0 #1 August 3, 2004 Hey guys, this is Kiy, first post even though I've been on this site religiously for the llast couple months. anyway, I'm starting to get in to head down and did my 1st 2 way head down w/ a buddy yest'rday. all went well and we reached an average speed (according to Neptune at 9K) of 179. HOwever, I'm having some problems getting in to head down when I'm flying solo, any tips for getting in to it and establishing those first couple seconds of stability?
