Austintxflight 0 #29 February 9, 2012 Ive always been trained to bail to my back, I know that I can control my fall rate enough on my back that I don't cork when going from sit to back. To all of you that don't think backflying in essential, how do you track away after a FF jump? do you go to your belly and track away or back track? uberchris 0 #30 February 10, 2012 not that im a sky or freefly god by any means, but i learned to sitfly before i ever learned to backfly. i learned how to backfly proficiently through sitflying, because you end up rolling all over the place. luckily, i have never corked to my belly on any single occasion. i went out on a few attempted sitfly jumps with a buddy who steered clear of me until i finally was able to sit, and it just got better from there. not to stray off topic, but i got proficient at sitflying without sliding around very quickly, but HD? thats fucking some difficult stuff right there.gravity brings me down.........
