Frogger 0 #1 April 4, 2002 Hi Everyone,I saw an ad in the classified for:AR-7 (177 square feet) CRW canopy with CRW risers (DOM 11/93). Can anyone tell me anything about this canopy? Is it ZP or F111? Could it also be used for RW or would terminal deployment be a bad idea? Thanks,Frogger
PhreeZone 20 #2 April 4, 2002 Contact Aerodyne Research directly for details, but you might want to ditch the CReW risers if you are not into Crew.I wish you would step back from that ledge my friend... ~3EB
crewdog 0 #3 April 11, 2002 Yes,it is Zero-P,but it is not good for RW.It is just a CRW canopy. If you want a canopy for both CRW and RW you could get a Triathlon it will work for both.
diverds 0 #4 April 12, 2002 Better yet...get a Triathlon hybrid. It has a reinforced nose, continuous center lines and a retractable pilot chute. I have one and love it. It is good for all kinds of skydiving.-Dave"Gas...Undercarriage...Mixture...Prop...Beer"
faulknerwn 38 #5 April 30, 2002 An AR-7 is an older style CRW canopy that was mainly used for rotations. I don't know anyone who has jumped them in years.
