scottjaco 0 #1 September 16, 2003 Damn! I feel stupid asking this..... The directions say hold the "mode" button, then press and hold the "select button" holding both at the same time...it is suppose to count down from 500? Mine just scrolls to the "jump type" menu! the word "freefly" appears. I know it shuts itself off in 14 hours "economy mode" but what if I visit 2 dropzones in one day? I want to make sure it is at zero before I jump. Thanks, Scott p.s. I'm waiting on a reply from Larson & Brusgaard
Albatross 0 #2 September 16, 2003 While it is on, press the mode so the 1111 comes up. Press and hold the mode until the 2222 comes up. Press mode to go through the altitude settings then get to the "SET" Screen press set until you get to the power mode where it says Eco. Then hold both buttons. You will see it count down from 500 to 0 let go when it is at zero or it will just go around and around.Chris

scottjaco 0 #5 September 16, 2003 YES!!!!! YOU GUYS ROCK! I just tried it! thank you.... The manual doesn't bother to tell you that you have to be in that page to shut it off. I was trying to do this in the main "profile page" that comes on when you first access it. thanks, scott jaco
