Will I be able to download it from their website and use the infared (sp?!) slot to sync it with my computer or will I have to send away like a ProTrack? The updates are out, you can download the software from their website - if you have a laptop with an IR port you can update it now, if not you have to go buy an IR port for your computer. dragon2 2 #6 December 15, 2003 AFAIK there's 4 programs involved: The IRDA configuring software The Neptune update software The Neptune software on the Neptune itself Paralog The first is ready but the latest version doesn't work with Neptune so use 1.2.1. If you have bluetooth, see below, this software may cause probs tho. The 2nd is the software that will allows the Neptune to be updated, I've found a couple bugs in it but if you can workaround those it does work (if you have bluetooth installed on your pc you may run in to some probs). Third is the software that'll actually allow the Neptune do upload data. Not finished yet, but in the works. I think this is Alti's own software, too. Fourth the Paralog software. Not quite finished, but, that's not so bad since you cannot upload data yet anyway! Kevin, you do know that any ICT project genarally runs 1 1/2 the time it said it would?
