FeetFlyer 0 #1 March 17, 2004 At my dz there are about 10-15 jumpers with the right amount of jumps to jump a wingsuit (500 jumps). Six of us have bought new S3:s and can't wait to try them later this spring. My question to you is.. is there any other small dz with as many birdmen? 2004 will be an awesome year with lots of blue skies and popcorn clouds <>
SkymonkeyONE 4 #2 March 17, 2004 Raeford, last Fall, had at least that many people who had flown a suit at least once. There were eight or ten suits on the DZ.
Deuce 1 #3 March 17, 2004 We've got six guys with suits that stay current, three S-3's, a GTI and two Classics. All five of us got out two weeks ago to flock. Tallguy was just closing on this three way when we broke for separation.
FeetFlyer 0 #4 March 17, 2004 ok, maybe we haven't got the most birdmen at a small DZ.. but at least we've got to be the most northern flock there is. Our DZ is in the northern part of sweden. "Some birds don't fly south during winter" <>
TomAiello 26 #5 March 17, 2004 This wouldn't happen to be a wingsuit jump at your DZ, would it?-- Tom Aiello Tom@SnakeRiverBASE.com SnakeRiverBASE.com
rustik 0 #6 March 17, 2004 central scotland.... www.skydivestrathallan.co.uk we have 3 suits, all GTI's, 2 cessna 206's about 20-30 regular jumpers though it is a tad cold at the mo... reckon the denser air gets us more fall time though If it's safe it ain't fun
PhreeZone 20 #7 March 17, 2004 We've got 4 suits at my DZ (about 20-30 regular jumpers at the DZ). Not bad for me being the first one flocking back in July with my first flight. My Classic2, 1 GTi, 1 Skyflyer and my Skyflyer3. Average number of jumps among the 4 or 5 of us that flock is about 300. I'm high time jumper at 750 and we have one that hit his 300th last fall and another I was on his 200th jump with this spring.Yesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com

FeetFlyer 0 #18 March 18, 2004 I think that Pers jump was made at Swedens most northern dropzone "Luleå Fallskärmsklubb" which is about 30 kilometers from ours. But I don't consider him to be a flock and therefore still see us as the most northern flock in the world =) <>
PerFlare 0 #19 March 18, 2004 Hello, It was a long time since I have seen that video ... stills give me the shaky hands :) I started up in Luleå but have jumped in Stockholms skydiving club for the last 2-3 years. In my team all four of us are birdmen and there are quite allot of wingsuits fliers in Stockholm. Maybe we get a opportunity to fly together some day :) This reservride was on a DZ between Umeå and Stockholm in Söderhamn :) PerFlare
