I heard a rumor Bird Man is coming to NE in July

Is this true? A couple people visited our dz today and said they were going to make their first bm jumps at the Skyvan boogie in Nebraska in July. Is this true, anyone know?

I'm trying like hell to get the time off work and got out there. I was kicking around the idea last fall with some NE people in Dallas with me, but a lot has changed for me in the last 6 months (like no BMI and personal things), but if I make it I'll have my extra demo suits with me.

I hope to make it and have some flockers to fly with.

I believe our boogiemeister is still working on this. We currently only have 1 birdman on our dz. I'll have my suit in May. So...there's 2 more flockers that you can count on come July 16th.

We have contacted Bird-Man and are waiting for them to find an instructor. We'll let everyone know when it is a "For Sure."

Yes, Lincoln Sport Parachute Club (LSPC) will have a Bird-Man Instructor at our 2004 boogie. Ray Dutch from DeLand will be up to give instructional jumps to newbies as well as to organize some flock dives. Bird-Man is providing about 10 suits so no worries about suit sizes. The boogie is being held in Council Bluffs, IA on 7/16-7/18. More info will be posted at www.skydivelspc.com in the next few days.
