K763 0 #1 April 13, 2004 HI all... I had a call from the DZ today, I guess last week there was a near fatality because a wingsuit flier FORGOT to get into his legstraps when donning his suit. This seems very strange, like not noticing you don't have a pilot chute on the end of your bridle when packing you rig.
