kallend 2,027 #26 June 15, 2004 So, what IS the recommended bridle length? My local Master Rigger has a bridle making gizmo, so I can get mine made to almost any length. Is there a disadvantage to a long bridle (other than cocking the PC)?... The only sure way to survive a canopy collision is not to have one.
ManBird 0 #27 June 15, 2004 I have a 6' with a 28" PC and a 10' with a 32" PC (setup for use with BASE PC pouch), and both work great. 9' is recommended. I say it's all about pull technique. I still had a PC in tow with a 9' bridle and 28" PC when I was flying through my opening too much (which I can do with with my 32" PC, but not my 28")."¯"`-._.-¯) ManBird (¯-._.-´"¯" Click
