First's!!!

Recommended Posts

Hey everybody,

Happy New Year!

Well the Desert Boogie in Namibia is over and it was a blast. Quite a few firsts were happening. I did my first flocking dive, an unsuccessful 4 way. Saw my buddy Bruns outfly everyone on a classic and on his 2nd w/s jump!!! Did a kick ass 2way dock, and to end off the Boogie we did a three way out of a chopper at 10 grand. AWESOME!!!! Oh yeah and Pip did his first w/s jump. He was stoked!!! So lets see...that's about a case of beers!!!
Saw a few Sugargliders.
Got a shitload of advice in relation to arm position etc.

Damn I love wingsuiting!!!

Have a kick ass 2005 guys and girls and see you all in da skies sometime.

Cheers,
Courteney.

Hey there,

Sorry it took so long, still getting the hang of this technology stuff. A few frame grabs so sorry for the quality. That's me in the black and blue GTi and the newest birdie in Nam, Bruns in the green and orange classic, jumping from a Squirrel at 10 grand. Video by Sasha the YugoTwsanan.

Yeah they are quite bent. But I found that was the only way that we could get head to head. Before I bent them that much he was just behind me and to the side that we couldn't dock. We are still learning though. That was both our second flock ever. I don't think the fact that I have a GTi and he has a classic was the reason that I had to bend my legs.
Was fun.
