voodew1 0 #1 January 19, 2005 Looking at pictures from months ago and ones that just showed up on Phoenix-fly.com it appears that the leg wing has changed - 1. the leg wing design (dacron) originally was a triangle and looked to be a foot long. 2. Now the leg wing design (dacron) looks like a flared out triangle and it appears to be shorter. Can anyone shed any light on this matter you have to look close to see it. unclecharlie109 0 #2 January 19, 2005 Jason, you win the observation award! The original photos released were of the prototype V-1 suit. The leg wing design was then modified slightly when the suit went into production. The video you have seen of the V-1 flying is of the production suit. Hope this answers your question.
