mccordia 74 #1 May 9, 2005 Past weekend, we made some cool wingsuit-jumps at Skydive Zeeland (NL) Normaly the DZ only has a C182, but last week they had a lovely Cessna Caravan, and 13.000 ft jumps. Some cool RW, Freeflying and tracking dives where done, but more important...we did a lot of wingsuit dives! Tristan and I made the first wingsuit jump ever on the DZ (They hadn't seen any Penguins before...) After that, Hans Polak (the 'white knight') and Anouk with her permanent-smile (Never managed to take a photo or video of her without an ear to ear grin) joined in for some flocking. Anouk's 300th jump was a wonderfull 3 way... I attached a few photo's from that jump to this post All others can be found at http://home.kabelfoon.nl/~fxcordia/photo/05_may_zeeland Sunday-morning started with a 15.000 ft jump, and some cool flocking with J-Lo (who couldn't resist dropping in, while on his way back from Empuria Brava). We had some fun doing rotations (hopping over/under each-other) and gave a few tandem-passengers a great visual after break-off... Local camera-man Tom made his first 2 birdman jumps, and was already thinking about buying his own suit... All in all...a great (4 day) weekend...with awesome parties at night (student protec helmets are probably not ment to be the only clothing you wear...perry would be proud!) and great friendly people on the dropzone.. The view in Zeeland is amazing...islands below you...the sea on your side...and sunny skies, and puffy clouds to play with.. AiRpollUtiOn 0 #3 May 10, 2005 We really did have fun. My 2nd Birdman was spoiled a bit by my first reserve-ride, but the guys found all my stuff and I didn't throw away any handles... Will be waiting for the arrival of another canopy before I go Birdflying again, but when it has arrived... Man that was cool!!! I loved my cam-wings, but the ones I wore this weekend... Airowpoint 0 #5 May 10, 2005 Skydive Zeeland totally rocks! When the whole of Holland is covered with thick dark clouds, Zeeland is totally jumpable. And some great jumping we did! Great people, totally worth the long drive. It was fun seeing my brothers childhood friend jumping there and making our first jump together.
