I'm celebrating my Birthday in Empuria April 25th (arriving late in the evening, so probably drinks on some other night), and doing some heavy wingsuiting all week, together with Costyn(NL) and David (UK).

Anyone want to join in on some small, but cool flying that week?

Yea...sadly just missing that one...
And to make it even worse..I'm coming back 3 weeks later (May 21st to 29th)...almost 'avoiding' the wingsuit weekend

Wish I could be there though..but sadly couldnt get those days off, and meeting a few other people there for that 1st weekend...which kind of dictated the dates..

Today was sh*tty weather in terms of wind, so we took a lame boat-ride around the Empuria canals and spent a few hours trying to find a store that sells kites

Heyhey!
Just wanted to thank all the girls and guys who came to Empuria for a lot of fun in the skies.
We have a lot of awesome photo's, and made many wonderfull jumps
I'll try and post some of the pictures David (and I) took, later this week, when I get back from a small German adventure for work (sadly missing the PF weekend, starting tomorrow)

A few days where winded out, but we managed to make 23 jumps in total (in just 2 + 2 half jumpable days) which was wonderfull.
The 3 days we spent waiting for the winds to die down, where spent really well in bars and restaurants around town (Captains Cabin+drinks+UK/NL wingsuiters=awesome..) and having a lot of good times in the surrounding towns and beaches with our new turbo-kites

The last day was by far the best one, flying all over the town of Empuria, out to the beach, and just cruising over the heavenly blue seas.
Just after a short weather-break in the afternoon, where many people left the DZ calling it 'suicidal', which was just laughable, as just 30 minutes later we where in the airplane with AFF level 1 and 2 students on a nearly empty dropzone. 3 nearly back to back loads followed, completing the whole weekend with one of the coolest sunsetloads I could think off.
There where many incredle jumps throughout the week, but the 3d part of the video which I'll also post later this week will probably say more then I could put down here in a thousand words...
Nothing but awesome times, and a lot of new friends.
Patrice, Luke, David, Dimitri, David and the lovely Renata, Simon, Anouk etc.
It was a wonderfull week...hope to see you guys and girls again soon!

We'll be back here in about 3 weeks...!

I Hope you're not including me and luke in the UK/NL wingsuiter group. I'd be offended and luke would probably find a bunch a leprechauns to curse your familly until the end of days... don't mess with the irish :)

Just landed in singapore where i have a couple of hours to kill until my connection to melbourne... Life is tough :)

Anyway, thanks a lot for the jumps I'm glad you liked the pictures... Also thanks for showing me one of the most twisted video i have ever seen :)

See you and costyn in NL this summer.
