wingsuit collision

RE: what did i see. the guy with the camera was flying in a straightish line looking around for one of a 3 way birdie wen he was hit from behind which you can see turned him 360 then if you look in the bottom left corner you will see a wingsuit spiraling out of control unconcious cypres save . both guys are not sure what transpired 1 could not see and one does not remember due to his injuries hope that explains it ...

As for injuries the unconcious guy had a fractured neck ,could of been due to the first impact or the unconcious reserve landing .they dont no exactly what happened could of fell in the burble maybe closing speed was to fast what do you think . the old saying learn from athor peoples mistakes .you cant protect your head /neck from front on collisions .wen you look at a wingsuit in flight i think the neck would have to be the weakist point . just my thoughts guys later...;)

thanks for posting the movie. I for one, see many lessons to be learned - perhaps the three most important are:

1. Use a cypress - and make sure it is turned on 100% of the time.
2. Wear a helmet if anyone else is in the air with you.
3. Wingsuits can create very fast closing speeds - so be aware all the time of where all others are.

At least this accident has a happy ending - and even with injuries, he must be thanking his lucky stars for surviving.
