Wingsuit Day at Hilversum (netherlands)

Recommended Posts

I get a file corruption error at about 1:11 into the footage. Other than that the Dutchmen look like they are doing pretty good.....it must be the wooden shoes:D

The file works ok on both computers I have here. Check the filesize and see if its downloaded completely?

Maybe I should start a new topic?
The mystery of the wooden clogs, or how to fly a classic at 1.5 :P

Clogs also allow for complete freedom of movement in your ankle, AND work as a floatation-device..PERFECT for wingsuit flying;)

We had some exemplary students, it was a nice day.

I dunno what's up with your video Scott, maybe you should download it again. I've tried it, and it plays perfectly.

Yeah, and they can be used as flotation devices in case of an emergency water landing.

Cheers,

Costyn.

I have downloaded it and deleted it 3 seperate times and I still get the error. I think perhaps when you uploaded it, something happened to the file.

Nice video! It played at my computer without any problems.

Liked very much camera work on last opening, you can really see good and very acceptable opening here (sequence and positions exactly as i was teached).

Because of openings are one of most important things in wingsuit flying - mccordia maybe if you have some other good and correct openings (and also bad ones to show how not to do) it would be great to put them in one lesson in your video flight manual section on flylikebrick.com site.

Ah great idea! Although the opening is something that you should have right from the start (be taught during your ff course), indeed some people still do not open symmetrically many jumps later.

I finally got it to play directly from the website. The dude in the all white Classic looked text book perfect from body position to opening. Nice deployment footage at the end.
