LouDiamond 1 #235 November 22, 2006 Well last but not least, the event made the Aussie skydiving mag. They covered it twice in the same issue with my story and one from Rod. I have no idea who they got those pictures from as they belong to Matt (the111) and he isn't mentioned for photo credit in the header."It's just skydiving..additional drama is not required" Some people dream about flying, I live my dream SKYMONKEY PUBLISHING

Ha, I didn't even understand Macca's comment at first because I didn't notice those pictures. The Australian mag ran a couple Z-Flock 2.0 pictures from me earlier this year, and used the same "pinwheel" effect on Perry (I think they even used the same article name "Meet the Flockers"... or maybe that was the UK mag). I got credit back then so I don't mind that they re-use the pics without re-credit. Although maybe they can put a picture of me in there too so I can say I was in the record. The Aussie mag should also be running Z-Flock 2.5 pics soon... sorry for off-topic plug. www.WingsuitPhotos.com
LouDiamond 1 #239 November 24, 2006 Just got these sent to me. Looks like we made the cover of the German magazine as well. The AN-72 wingsuit boogie is undoubtedly one of the most widely covered events and has the most front covers with exception probably to the 400 way world record. Lets do it again, but even bigger next year."It's just skydiving..additional drama is not required" Some people dream about flying, I live my dream SKYMONKEY PUBLISHING

Waldschrat 0 #242 November 24, 2006 Many thanks to Rolf. If he have not wrote this article, nobody else have this done and publish this event in the one and only german Skydive Magazine. Remember this event was in the Germany. Sadly are my german, journalistic abilities not really better as my english. Otherwise i could have it done. LouDiamond 1 #243 November 24, 2006 QuoteMany thanks to Rolf. If he have not wrote this article, nobody else have this done and publish this event in the one and only german Skydive Magazine. Actually , I wrote an article for the German magazine and sent it in shortly after the event but never heard back from them on which pictures they wanted to use. At any rate, I am glad Rolf's article made it in and all the Germans who couldn't make it to the event could at least read about it."It's just skydiving..additional drama is not required" Some people dream about flying, I live my dream SKYMONKEY PUBLISHING

LouDiamond 1 #245 December 2, 2006 Someone was asking for details on where Cochstedt is located at a while back. I recently found the map book I used while in Germany along with some other pictures to give an idea of where it is located at and how easy it is to get there. If anyone has any other questions let me know. Hopefully a list of hotels and amenities will be available later on as the event organizers continue to work out skydiver deals with the surrounding businesses."It's just skydiving..additional drama is not required" Some people dream about flying, I live my dream SKYMONKEY PUBLISHING
