Hey guys, it's a good idea to look at the ground from time to time to see where the DZ is. The prototype big-wing Tony Suit that Jeff was flying was interesting.... Well Summerfest is offcially over. It ended yesterday, early for some, as the threat of bad weather caused some to leave. However, after a short summer storm, the sky cleared up and we jumped as usual all day. Overall, attendance appeared to be up over last year and a lot of fun was had again. Lots of new birds were added to the flock, 18 in total. I finally got to meet the Kiwi DZ.com crew as well as others. I suspect there were even more DZ.commers here than I met as every time I saw a laptop screen or monitor dz.com was on it. We closed the boogie out with a large group of us going to DonVitos restaurant and having a meal with Rook and anyone else who wanted to go. Aside from the stiffiling heat in the beginning, this was an excellent boogie.
