I've exchanged my S6 delivery date

for a checkup date with the orthopedic surgeon thanks to breaking my leg last Saturday.

So from looking forward to receiving a very special Valentine's gift, I get to have staples yanked out of my leg.

That sucks. Badly.

the wingsuit-specific problem would be that one where I'm going to be drooling over a beautiful suit that I can't fly .

Nope..afraid Germany's off the list for me for sure now. .

Given that I was told a minimum of three months to heal, and I don't know if I'll even be ready to jump then. So I'm pretty bummed!!

Damn, sucks to hear that! What did you break and how? It took six months before i was jumping again after fi/tib

Oh no! Did tib/fib as well-both spiral fractures. Tib about an inch above the ankle, fib right at the top. Got the standard titanium nail down the tib with a screw at the top and bottom. No cast though. Dont know that i'll last 6 months out! Although it's believable with the effort it takes just to move around.

I was hard pressed not to take a Student 285 canopy and jump with my cast last weekend, one month now and getting cold turkey!
