notsane 0 #1 April 15, 2007 The Texas Fly BoyZ sent a huge BBQ feast to the Z-Flock and the Z-Hills staff as thanks for our efforts during Flock and Dock 3.0. It was a TON of meat from the Salt Lick BBQ restaurant ... 4 racks of ribs 2 briskets 1 sausage portion 1 turkey breast 6 bottles BBQ sauce We added potato salad, Texas toast and salad. Jeff Nebelkopf did the cooking and we all added the beer. We must have had nearly 25 people hanging out at Scotty Burn's RV. Bob, Ted and the rest of the Texas Fly BoyZ ... THANKS!! You guys are a class act!! This video clip should be up shortly .. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J23pEQIRh28 Scott
FlyinBob 0 #2 April 16, 2007 QuoteThanks to the Texas Fly Boyz! Hey! We enjoyed it thoroughly! Next year maybe we ALL can come and build that Shape of Texas formation for ya. Scott, how do Salt Lick Ribs compare to County Line Ribs? BF Old Guys Rock!
notsane 0 #3 April 16, 2007 I think the Salt Lick ribs had a little more spice to them than the County Line ones. I liked them better for sure.

SkymonkeyONE 4 #8 April 17, 2007 I have got to tell you, I am not much of a "rib guy" but those were outstanding. As was the brisket. It was a seriously-great meal. We really appreciate the gesture. See you at SkyFlock!
notsane 0 #9 April 17, 2007 I really enjoyed the brisket, sausage and ribs, but that smoked turkey breast was unbelievable ... it was tasty, tender and had that sweet smokey tang to it. Jeff, Flora and I started picking at it before it got off the grill!
