Any comments on this setup...?

http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?do=post_attachment;postatt_id=86207;

I would have thought that would be alot safer on the left leg.
Doesnt the PC /bridal come very close to that position if deploying with any degree of forward speed..?

Not dissing.....Ive seen other pics/vids from this jumper on this object and it obviously knows what hes' doing ....just interested to hear some other thoughts.

Anyone else out there flying a similar setup?

I see a man BASE jumping in a Prodigy and camera in the leg. Well, I can not imagine anything higher profile stunt.

It looks like a Phantom to me. And it although the choice of sides doesn't seem that smart to me, I have never felt my pilot hit my leg, so I don't think there's much chance of entanglement.

Cheers

If it was a Phantom it would have grippers.;)

That suit was discussed here a while back, IIRC it was an experimental model specifically for proximity flying based on the Acro.
Do you want to have an ideagasm?

hmmm...I'm not so sure I think the risk is higher than that , especially deployment from full flight....

Looked like a BASE deployment in full flight.

Regular deployment should present less risk.
