LouDiamond 1 #3 October 30, 2007 Can it be considered a demo jump? If so, it should be handled accordiningly with the proper paperwork being filled out, with the jumper holding a PRO rating and the balloon pilot would have to have a Balloon piloting license through the FAA. The USPA would be another place to check with prior to doing this as they can provide you with more detailed information."It's just skydiving..additional drama is not required" Some people dream about flying, I live my dream SKYMONKEY PUBLISHING

(Besides filing notams)If it's a skydiving rig and you have a D license, I'm pretty sure you can just do it without violating any laws or USPA recommendations. Make sure you aren't trespassing when you land.
