aarthus 0 #1 July 2, 2008 Rock solid inflation, fantastic slow fall rate, perfect flight position, enough forward speed ... ? the real suit for flocking, what do you think ? they made it in the 70's.Patrick de Guillebon

Jeff.Donohue 0 #4 July 2, 2008 Now just fill that bad boy up with Helium and see what flight times we can get... If my math is right, all we would need (at sea level and assuming temperatures and pressures are the same) are about 15kg of helium to lift a 90kg object... Of course 15kg of helium with the same pressure as the ambient air is gonna make for a pretty puffy suit...

sdj 0 #6 July 2, 2008 Hah. Go to the Flyaway tunnel in Vegas... they put you in a suit like that because they don't like turning the wind up past about 110mph... ;)

The only sure way to survive a canopy collision is not to have one.
councilman24 37 #9 July 7, 2008 I tried to dock on one once. Couldn't grab fabric, too pressurized. Like triying to grab a beach ball with one hand. Had to pinch the binding tape around the "wrist" (dark in the photo). I'm old for my age. Terry Urban D-8631 FAA DPRE
