Though on smaller people, the wingsizes do end up relativly being a bit larger compared to the body/mass of a more 'intense-fallrate-gifted' bigger person. The wings are sized to each persons size to a degree.

So no real need for small people to find even smaller suits. Just practicing/learning on a suit (like the phantom) will be more than suitable for almost everyone.
