The suit I had is a Phantom2 pre-production prototype with several refinements, but I'll let Robi chime in about the design details.
Suffice it to say that the suit is FAST forward. We had some folks who didn't have the drive I have, and it took several jumps for me to dial in the forward speed so they could stay with me. But the suit isn't just sliding down the hill, vertical speeds are low too. One of the first flocks was nearly 130 seconds. Again, it took me a few jumps to dial in a more flockable speed. JONER can chime in about what it's like to flock with me when the suit is really maxed out.
BTW, this is the suit I'll be wearing at F&D5.0

It's arm wings are similar to the Vampire III (zipper, cut-away, and inlets).
