dragon2 2 #1 April 22, 2009 For some reason there is tonight a 18 sec newsitem on Birdman in Spain on Dutch national news. A reaction to Valery's jump maybe, but makes no mention of it: "It's skydiving but slightly different: this technique is called Birdman. At a skydiving school in Spain they are quite busy doing it. Thanks to the special suit skydivers can fly much longer in freefall, up to 4 minutes. Landing however needs to be done with a regular parachute."
