meridianjumper 0 #1 November 16, 2003 I am interested who has jumped the Birdman Tracking Pantz. What did you think of them? Was it a noticable difference? Are they worth the money? Blue Skies, Jeremy

Try looking in the birdmen forum, there's a couple threads about them there. Also in the BASE forum I think. Search for ' Pantz' . ciel bleu, Saskia
LouDiamond 1 #3 November 16, 2003 They are fantastic in the air and on the ground. I suggest you do a search as there have been many discussions on Pantz and peoples thoughts on them in several of the forums."It's just skydiving..additional drama is not required" Some people dream about flying, I live my dream SKYMONKEY PUBLISHING

base698 19 #5 November 17, 2003 I have about 200 jumps on tracking Pantz. I have used them (the BASE and Freefly versions) both on solo and group tracking dives as well as lots of free fly jumps. My freefly suit now is birdman pantz and a long sleve tshirt. All around I think if you need a good pair of freefly pantz they work out. As for tracking them to the max I can get an 83 mph avg fall rate which is pretty good for my build. However, they are quite expensive and if you just need something to better your track then I'd look for the smoking pants article in the BASE forum. Those out track the track pantz and they cost about $12 to make.

Smoking Pants are not as stylish, but they perform better, and they are far cheaper. edit: I've got a pair of smoke pants in Birmingham.
