Buried 0 #1 April 2, 2010 All, Here's raw video from the wingsuit meeting a few weeks ago. ~35 people were in attendance. Please feel free to comment or let me know if you have any questions. I ask for all to post their thoughts and/or post on the IPC message board or send their thoughts, be in it favor or something, anything, or nothing at all, directly to the USPA IPC rep - Larry Bagley. the meeting is just about 2 hrs long. I split the video into four parts. http://vimeo.com/album/202704 password: wingsuit Where is my fizzy-lifting drink?

kallend 2,027 #6 April 3, 2010 QuoteThanks for taking the time to encode and post the unedited meeting, Zach. just a suggestion for improvement - if you do this again, put the mike in a more central location. (It sounds like it was right next to the beer and an air conditioner).... The only sure way to survive a canopy collision is not to have one.
DSE 5 #7 April 3, 2010 I agree, a mic in the room would have been ideal. However, it wasn't my idea to record it. When we learned that it was going to be recorded and edited, it made sense to have a copy separate from that copy. Helps keep everyone honest, y'know? T'was a last minute decision courtesy of Scotty's camera in his truck. Thanks again to Scotty and Zach.
peggs82 0 #8 April 4, 2010 "going to be recorded and edited" --- Hilarious Perfect illustration of the need to have video evidence, in an effort to shield one's self from ridiculous untrue statements on dropzone.com Thank you zach for doing exactly what I was in the process of doing. Teigen 0 #9 April 4, 2010 I have an Olympus LS-10 recorder laying in my camera bag at all times. Awesome little thing whenever you have to record audio, fits in your pocket and records superb quality sound!
DSE 5 #10 April 4, 2010 My mistake, Phil. What I heard may not have been what you said. We all know that happens, right?Perhaps it was an unfortunate typo.
