fasteddie 0 #1 November 26, 2003 Just wondering... I have a javelin in very good shape, however the neon pink stripes have faded quite a bit. Is it possible to dye it all black??? Will this give a "fresh" look to it, or will it look weird? Thanx btw: my container is all black with 3 neon pink stripes.

AndyMan 7 #4 November 26, 2003 I saw a recent die-job that looked good, they used a fabric marker to turn a pink pop top red. The red looked vibrant... no idea how it would last over time, but it seems the worst case is that you re-die it when it fades again. _Am__ You put the fun in "funnel" - craichead. JohnRich 4 #5 November 26, 2003 QuoteIs it possible to dye it all black??? I don't know the answer to this question, but I would worry about the dye transferring to the reserve canopy, and what effect that would have upon the strength. Remember the "acid mesh" problem? You would have to know that the dye is safe to be in contact with your canopy..
