I've given this some thought recently. I think there needs to be a line drawn depending upon the crime. It's nearly impossible now to get a decent job if you've got a tail. You're basically locked out if you have a record. Not surprising many decide it's more convenient to return to incarceration.

Trump this weekend: "No politician in history — and I say this with great surety — has been treated worse or more unfairly." So Lincoln, shot and killed after freeing America's slaves? That was more fair than Trump being prosecuted for business fraud. JFK, assassinated after preventing World War III and getting Americans to the Moon? That was more fair than Trump being found liable for sexual assault when he raped a woman. Gay rights icon (and city supervisor) Harvey Milk being assassinated after fighting for civil rights for years? That was more fair than Trump getting in trouble for trying to steal an election. Donald Trump. Biggest victim EVER.

Trumpism has revealed serious flaws in the US constutitional and legal system, and how easily it is manipulated by the wealthy and the unscrupulous. The latest absurdities from Judge Aileen Cannon, giving rulings that can only be considered gifts to the guy who appointed her and are almost appeal-proof, is just an example.

Hi DM! Indeed I did. They are sending multiple loads up tomorrow so I’m planning on swinging by. I will see if I can find out if it’s going to be a regular thing or not. If it is then it’s definitely AFF classes for me this summer at Elsinore!

Freedom of religion doesn’t mean you don’t have to be aware of people you disagree with. Gays, transgender, intersex, satanists, people who cuss, people who wear long skirts — the constitution says they all get the same rights. So if you don’t want to be aware of feminists, that’s your problem, not mine. If you think homosexuality is wrong, that’s your problem. The fact that it’s called out in the Old Testament of the a Christian Bible is no more relevant to secular law than the fact that the wearing of linen and wool together is called out. The Amish can separate themselves, so can others. You don’t like the real world, don’t make it conform to your beliefs. That’s no more American than requiring women to wear long skirts and head scarves because men might be tempted. It’s up to men to control themselves. It’s also up to religious people to control themselves. They don’t want to be offended by something, stay away Wendy P.

There's a better way than "blindly" chopping your main in a two-out scenario. For one, if you are unlucky enough to have the main and reserve risers entangled, chopping it can be certain death. I've had the luck to sit through Jim Cowan's Dual Out briefing recently, and his breakdown of possibilities and options is top-notch. It's also on youtube, so I highly recommend everyone to watch it. As for the specific effect of a much larger reserve than main, I would guess that the reserve is much higher over your head (providing more lift) while the main flies a lot more twitchy. My gut feeling would be that you might have to rein in the main flying it in deep brakes or rears (if half-brake is still set) to keep the two cooperating. Cutting the main away IFF it's not entangled would probably be your best bet, secondary to keeping both canopies nailed together down to landing.

I just found out recently that Rob was into freediving. We never did get a chance to dive together. Shame it had to happen this way. Zhills won't be the same for me next time I make it back. www.WingsuitPhotos.com
