  1. If you don't get a chance to go and see them at the PIA convention go by Jump Shack and look at them. They are really nice and are VERY FF friendly. I packed a couple last week and wanted to keep one. When I go next week I am putting in my order.
  2. This would be a Mfg. requirement not the FAA. If this were true only a Master Rigger could remove and install a Cypress sent off for 4 and 8 year checks or battery changes. In fact a Senior Rigger could not even check the dates since it would require removing the main unit for inspection.
  3. I'm glad that god has given you such a wonderful role model to have such pride in. I wish him all of the best.
  4. Pachabel, Cannon in D Here
  5. OK enough, who the fu*k took Lisa? Earth to Lisa, come in Lisa
  6. Did she say if her name was SUNSHINE???
  7. I think that I would get that instructor and go to the S&TA and have a group meeting and see what the outcome would be When in doubt ALWAYS go in favor of safety!!! Besides after what happened to me at that drop zone yesterday I doubt that I or the rest of my team will be back. It's a shame to; we just had our budget approved for the year, $11,200 that will go to another DZ for training and jumps.
  8. Ah yes, The picture of Lisa in black leather heading to the dz holding her ridding crop like a samurai warrior..........the thought of all of those men that will cowl before her pleases her..........
  9. There goes Sunshine stalking again
  10. So, about those handcuffs......... Losing those must have made you cry. If they could only talk, the stories they could tell
  11. Jump Shack makes the same type bag for $60.00. Also the reason that a lot of riggers do not use tool type boxes is it is more difficult to count your tools when you are done. The soft kit bags have a place for each tool and makes accounting for them visually easier.
  12. As a result of an accident I have three (C5-7) vertibrae in my neck that have been fused togather along with a plate and screws. I have made over 200 jumps since and have not had a single problem.
  13. Jim, I'm with you, I believe !!!
  14. Sunshine read the subject again " Best Drop Zone Pilot" NOT BEST SEX WITH A PILOT
  15. You mean there are other sports beside skydiving??? Say it is not true
  16. It is really irrelevant to me. With 331,209 post and that many users the quantitative fact is that the skydiving community has been served well by Dropzone.com
  17. Say what you want, but I would say that 11,440 registered users on dropzone.com says a lot about the site and where people want to be.
  18. My god what will his next title be???????Master of the Universe
  19. At this point a letter from the TSA and/or FAA does not exist. I requested a copy of the TSA/FAA letter from Airtech on TSA/FAA letterhead. I also suggested that they post it on their web site so that it would be available to everyone including the TSA. Another way to resolve a lot of the problems would be to have a TSA approved device stamp on the Cypress and reserve packing cards.
