I get damned tired of Trump's bullshit about who pays the tariff on imported goods. Either he is too stupid to understand consumers pay it, or he is counting on the public to be that stupid. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say it is the former. Also, he trotted out that tired old claim that NATO members paid us. No one in NATO pays anyone else. I'll just again assume he is too stupid to understand it.
