Kris if you need here is my body measurements. It is not a secret
-
I have just made my order for V-2 and I have exactly the same measurements as you. Height : 6'2" and Armlength: 25". I have measured myself according PF measurement guide. They count lenght of the arm from the shoulder to bone of wrist
-
I have 10 jumps with V1. I had the same problem as you first two jumps then I started use leg pouch and so no more problems at pull time at all. Pulls with base pouch is very easy.

That was NOT high speed openning! The victim was in flat spin on his back when cypers fires.

I received my Phantom in 3 weeks after ordering. I live in Ukraine. Like the suit very much
-
I don't know about Matter suit but manual for S-Fly suit tells: "The use of washing maching and dryer are strictly forbidden. Cautiously clean any dirty areas with cold water using soft cloth. Do not use any chemicals. Do not iron"

Line twists under a Velocity really suck!
plankton replied to ccowden's topic in Safety and Training
At my dz i have heard an advice from person jumping highly loaded elliptical, crossfire, that to prevent line twist you need to grab and hold risers as soon as opening process starts. Never tried that myself. Please, comment is it good or bad advice. -
I have around 50 jumps with Pilot 150 and 15 jumps with Sabre 2 150 both loaded 1.5 . I like Pilot more then Sabre 2 and I found out that Pilot has better glide ratio compered to a Sabre 2, better opening and toggle input.

Newbie question :Jumping in europe
plankton replied to liquidfire's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
We are in Kiev capital of Ukraine have ticket price to 13000 feet around USD 8.00. The price for tandem jump is around USD 100 and depands on dropzone. We jump from turbolet L-410 and An-24. -
This weekend I am going to jump from trike. Trike is like hand glider but with engine and two seats for pilot and passenger. http://www.aeros.com.ua/products/trikes/aeros2.htm Does anybody have experience to jump from trike? Is it save for pilot when I leave the trike? Shall I switch off or on my Cypers? We will go up to 800 meters. I will jump with my skydive rig with Pilot 150 main. Thanks for your help.

I have pilot 150 packed in Wings w13 and I think that it is a little loose. I would prefer to have W13-1 for the canopy. As I remember that Sinrise site had information that w13 is sized for ZP170 and w13-1 for ZP150.

I have Pilot 150 for about 40 jumps, loaded 1.5 and I am very very happy with it. I also tried sabre2 150 and found out that glide angel of Pilot 150 is flatter and Pilot is more toggle responsive as well although Sabre2 sink more altitute in fly and in turn and that is why is faster. I found out that Pilot opens soft and more onhead.

I am sure that Pilot is completely different canopy from Hornet. I have made 80 jumps with Hornet 170 (loaded 1.35) and several jumps with Hornet 150 I liked the canopy but now I have Pilot 150 for already 20 jumps and I like it much more. Pilot opens softer and is more toggle responsive. I also tried sabre2 150 and found out that glide angel of Pilot 150 is flatter and Pilot is more toggle responsive as well.
