i've taken the MSF, but to be honest i'm just not "current" i hadn't ridden in over a year... The real pisser is that only reason I had it out of the garage was to go wash it, and make it pretty so i could sell it. I need a farm truck more than I need a bike right now... but after i got it all pretty i slid it thru the dirt and put a big fat dent in the tank... very frustrated about that part

Wrecked my motorcycle today (all by myself, purely target fixation) but just happened to wreck between chuting star and skydive Deland... had several skydivers stop to check on me, and after i realized i screwed up my knee and couldn't stand, a jumper named Mike brought me an icepack from the perfect spot, and even pushed my motorcycle up to the DZ parking lot (in 90°+ heat no less).. turns out i didn't break or dislocate anything, but tore the Meniscus in my knee.. can't stand on it at all today, but the ER doc says i should be healed enough to jump in a few weeks .. so that, and the damage to my bike sucks.. But i couldn't have picked a better place to wreck, Thanks everyone who stopped to check on me!!

Whoa! .. this one shoulda started out "No shit, there i was!"

a while back they installed a small shelf on the wall, near the door in all of the restrooms ... this is a very basic stainless steel shelf. maybe a 12" wide mounted about 4 1/2 feet from the floor. about a week ago a label was added to one of these shelves that said "do not sit or climb on shelf, Max allowable load 25lbs" ... the part i found most strange is that out of 12 restroom (3 mens / 3 womens in 2 diffrent buildings) the label was only added to one (i haven't acutally inspected the women's restrooms.. but i've been told) So this leads me to belive that someone actually climbed up and sat on that shelf... and since it faces the door, i'm always a little leary about what i'm gonna find when i go in there!

Why not to freefly a Talon.

granted, I'm VERY new.. but as far as maneuvers go, that doesn't look any more extreme than front flip/ back flip/ barrel roll that I had to do as part of my aff/A license progression... hell i think I was on my back twice that long after my 1st backflip in AFF -
no boobies option???

along those same lines... When I needed to put some lines down when putting up a new fence on the farm the other day I used my pear burner, same effect as round up but instant :)

We talked about that.. and came to the conclusion that they would fall more slowly due to their "wing suits" it evolved into the same line of discussion that this thread is going.. as to wondering how long they could hold it, and if they could hold it for 13,000ft would it cause them to build up so much forward speed that it would kill or injure the squirrel on landing
-
So my son & I were talking about skydiving, and out of the blue he comes up with "what would happen in you threw a flying squirrel out of an airplane?" ... I'm seriously torn on whether or not the squirrel would make it.. You gotta figure when it comes to weight/sqft flying squirrels are loaded pretty light, so I think there's a chance it might... but since i don't know the terminal velocity of a flying squirrel.. or what kind of forces it can survive on impact i couldn't answer with certainty thoughts?

there are reasons for both, I got mine from a breeder. I wanted a small dog, and this allowed me to not only pick a small breed. But meet the pup's parents so I knew exactly what they'd grow up to be.. WIth that said i didn't spend thousands either.. just a couple hundred $$$

if you just jump with an ordinary bottle of water the oxygen is able to penetrate the plastic at freefall speeds, but is trapped by the water... so you can make your own on every jump!! You can even bring extra bottles to sell to your wuffo friends to help finance your jumps! .. plus higher wingloads due to the added weight... it's a win-win!!!

lawyers ... complicate the hell out of everything I like to do Lasagna & garlic bread. Feeds a lot of people.. and who doesn't like lasagna?? for overnight guests I like to make a big ass batch of breakfast tacos in the morning

i've got 2... I misplaced the first one a year or so after getting married so i bought another after a while...I've since found the 1st one.. but truth be told i never wear either. My wife trusts me so it's never been a problem.. I've thought about getting one tattooed on.. but haven't seen one on anyone else that i liked, if you see a good one let me know :)
