Supposedly near impossible, but I've managed it with nine (9) seconds to spare, tore the back of my throat up pretty good.     I spend alot of time on the road and un-secure hotspots are a necessary evil for me... Unless I want to pay $$$$ Does anyone have any knowledge/experience with WiFi security providers/software? Services providing e-mail encryption, VPN level wireless security between your computer and a un-secured server and such. Do they work as claimed? Any input/suggestions related to this would be great.     I tip for service, good service = good tip, bad = , but there must be some service. I sometimes tip at places like Subway sandwhiches if the employee(s) are very friendly/prompt and provide exceptional service. But, no tip for a simple cashier throwing some thing on a tray.     I don't leave home without one, either in the car or in my KWhopper Yes, they are of more use on trips than around town but they can be better than a radar/laser detector even in town since you know where the bears are before your detector is in range. I've been running a barefoot, peaked & tweaked Cobra 29 LTD/WX/ST for 9yrs with no problems. But remember a radio is only as good as it's antenna, so buy a good Wilson or Striker; I wouldn't mount any other brand. And make sure you properly mount, ground, match & set the SWR's.     Bitchin to yack with ya... I'm currently broke down with a bad clutch, I'm in Hagerstown,MD, KW shop can't work me in till monday Oh well... Such is life, I'll just bide my time here at the hotel and slowly go broke... Company pays $50. per day plus hotel during breakdowns. I called Chambersburg Skydiving (PA), they're gonna try to put me in contact with a regular jumper to pick me up this weekend and get my knees in the breeze Yo man, Paramedic school sounds like a good reason to put the roadtrip on hold indefinitely, knowledge is power...
