I'll also note here that the event taking place in Montreal is actually called the Out Games. I'm not a fan of women's world records or other events that divide. Exclusion is inherent. Whereas something like the Chick Rock's or the Rainbow boggie does not exclude anyone, they are just themed. No one is turning away anyone, all are welcome. A simple amount of research of the Out Games reveals that they are not exclusionary at all. Therefore this event isn't discriminatory. I don’t understand your connection from partaking in one of these events as constituting willful separation from a larger population.
