my bro in law did aff at the convention in 3 dayswith only a tandem 3 years before. monday aff 1, 2 and 3, tuesday 4, 5 and 6, and was done by lunch time. he saved 7 for the next day because he was out of money and wanted to be able to jump one more day or would have finished in 2 days. so yes, you can actually jump there with less that 50 jumps safely, just have to be heads up. also, there are alot less people landing in the tandem/student area near the pond. but if you arent comfortable with the air traffic, then good call on you and wait till youre ready. _______________________________ HK MP5SD.........silence is golden

hey dave we did that a few years ago with a guy who was like 82. he had a blast. we had to pry his feet out the door because he was kind of stiff and didnt have much flexibility anymore. took so damn long that i told the pilot to roll the plane sideways and we just dropped out and fell down the underside of the wing to get him out the door. all worked out great, even got it in a newspaper article. its always nice doing a jump with someone like that. _______________________________ HK MP5SD.........silence is golden

for all you climbing junkies..........bring your gear, world class climbing just 10 minutes from the ranch, you can climb till ya puke and still not get enuff. if you have never been to the ranch before, youll see the cliffs to the west end of the runway. big one on the left is millbrook crag, a bit remote, but if you pull out of the ranch and make a right to 44/55 and make a left , follow that out and youll be right at the trailhead of the trapps and the near trapps. enjoy. for all you gun junkies.......gunfight night on friday. face off against each other in a one on one shootout. no runing or hiding. oh, ya......paintballs. sorry. for all you fight junkies, fight night on saturday. i hear there will be a bit of mui tai this year.damn if those 2 sisters from a few years back wont fight again. best i ever saw. you could tell that it had happened many times before, out of the bedroom, down the hall, down the stairs. 4th at the ranch is not to be missed. shawanga.......... _______________________________ HK MP5SD.........silence is golden

i wouldnt sweat it at the para-ski at hunter, alot of people from the ranch go there just to have fun, swoop the disc with small canopies, and fall on their asses down the hill and just have a good time for a weekend. check out the vid called snow disc snow, im pretty sure thats the one, and youll get a good idea of the levity amongst the competitors there. someone correct me if im wrong on the vid. i would love for you to show me somewhere where a rental rig makes $825 on a weekend. most places rent the rig daily for between $55 and $75 for the whole day, or over 3 jumps. less jumps = less rental price. lost revenue, yes, but not anywhere close to the tune you state. _______________________________ HK MP5SD.........silence is golden
