  1. Just read the article in parachutist about the event @ Barber Motorpsorts park in Alabama? Is this the same venue that houses the auto race course? I've driven there several times, must have been a great venue and a good time. Cheers
  2. riggerob is correct. IMO epicene pro will pack a bit smaller than sabre 2 150. As small as a sabre 2 135 = ??
  3. I don't see anything in WRJ's link about "disagreement over the croissants and flirting protocols with the stews". I guess I can read into the OPs thoughts of Frenchmen.
  4. LOL You might want to consider making your request a bit more specific. If you are a "professional researcher" good luck.
  5. Wasn't that answered in 2010 by Clarke? :-)
  6. i prefer to support my friends = squirrel / asylum / javelin. Others are good, they just don't get my cash. Just like I buy Campagnolo and not SRAM. support who you choose.

  9. ah, now is all clear. mistakes? yup, we all make them. back to PDCs. I like the idea of making a photocopy for the "rig" and sending the card with the canopy or vice-versa
  10. Pat Conatser is your best source to understand if the jet will fly jumpers again. Last I heard / saw; runway was extended / paved, engines were good to go, updating avionics $$$$$ was a challenge

  12. But you were an extremely proficient flyer then, so i'm sure you made a good decision.
  13. stoopid? no scary? yes I led the trail plane jumpers to close on a 16 way CReW diamond to complete a 25 way diamond. at night lotta pressure to find the base not a lot of fun chose to not do that again. craig
  14. Questions 1 and 3 can be answered by Squirrel and or your container manufacturer. They know more than most of us here typing on the internet. Squirrel in particular is willing to provide info. #1 - Squirrel will tell you the cubic inch volume and your rig manufacturer can provide info. #2 - Probably yes with your experience level. #3 - Squirrel Danger zone here - your comment "get something faster later.".
  15. thanks Ray https://www.dropzone.com/forums/topic/273347-my-second-first-jump-story/
  16. isopropanol works. common problem with Ferrari switches on the cars from late 90s to about 2012...............
  17. Looks like I joined 27 Aug 2002, or maybe that was the new forum cross over date?? I'm still current, (barely), but impending retirement will increase jump freq. Craig Fenstermaker
