The lowest paid person in your office makes a solid 10 times more than the best paid person in China who is equally educated and works equally as hard.
So even if you tax people there is a very good incentive to move your job out to China.
I'm sorry....it is what it is. Even with a 100% tax any company who can outsource should outsource any and all jobs so as to reduce their bottom line and to improve the return on their investments.
So you have a choice, take a 90% pay cut or…take a 90% pay cut?
